Qualifications:

- Basic construction/carpentry knowledge is required.

- Industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred

- Familiarity with siding, framing, tiling, sheetrock installation, door and window installs, flooring, and trim work.

- Must be able to lift 50lbs.

- Must be comfortable with working with heights of 10 - 12 ft.

- A minimum of 1 year's experience required.

- Must have a valid drivers license.

- Must have reliable transportation.
